By enrolling in lessons, booking online, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Golden Wheel Driving School (“we,” “our,” “us”).
2. Eligibility
Students must hold a valid New Jersey permit or driver’s license before behind-the-wheel instruction. Teen students (under 17) must complete the required MVC steps to obtain and validate a permit.
3. Scheduling
Lessons are scheduled by appointment via phone or online. Start times may vary due to traffic and weather. We’ll communicate any necessary adjustments promptly.
4. Payments
Payment is due before or at the first lesson unless otherwise arranged. We accept card payments and secure online checkout.
5. Student Conduct & Safety
Students must follow all lawful instructions from the instructor and comply with traffic laws. We reserve the right to end any lesson for safety concerns.
6. Certificates & Road Test Service
Completion certificates (for the 6-hour teen program) are issued after all required hours and payments are complete. Road-test service includes use of our vehicle at the assigned test site and a warm-up session.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The current version will be posted on this page.
