We understand plans change. These policies help us keep schedules fair for all students.
1. Lesson Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your lesson to avoid fees. Changes within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the lesson price.
2. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start without notice, the lesson is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Refunds for pre-paid packages are available for unused hours only and must be requested within 30 days of purchase. A $25 processing fee applies. Discounted “special offer” packages are non-refundable once training begins.
4. School-Initiated Changes
In the event of severe weather, vehicle issues, or instructor emergencies, we may reschedule at no cost. We will notify you by phone/SMS as soon as possible.
5. Road Test Service
Road test service must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. If the student cancels within 24 hours or fails to arrive, the fee is non-refundable, as the MVC slot and vehicle time cannot be reassigned.
